THE GOLD BROTHERS
JONATHAN GOLD
I am a student at Schreiber High School in Port Washington . I enjoy being part of the community, sports (I love playing tennis and bowling), broadcasting games, cooking, traveling, and visiting my family in France. Now that David, my brother is in college, I am taking over, and he will be helping whenever he is home from college. He is also helping local pantries at Syracuse University. Email me at: help@canyouhelptoo.org if you have any questions, if you need food and other items or if you have food to donate.
"Jonathan Gold has displayed a tremendous sense of volunteerism and compassion for the residents of Port Washington, and the greater North Hempstead community. We commend him for his tireless efforts collecting food for pantries both here in North Hempstead and throughout Nassau County" Mariann Dalimonte - Councilwoman, District 6 and Jennifer DeSena - Supervisor
dAVID GOLD
Hi! I graduated from Syracuse University in 2024 with a degree in Sport Analytics, and in 2025, I earned a Master's in Applied Data Science. Starting in at the end of July, I will be working as a sport trader/analyst for FanDuel.
Just like Jojo, I enjoy being part of the community and sports. I have been involved with The Community Dinners at my synagogue since 4th grade.
During the pandemic, the dinners were on hold, so Jojo and I started collecting and donating food for people in need. Later, we decided to start Can You Help Too.
I also donated to the student pantry of Syracuse University while I was a student from 2021 to 2025.
